Payment Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

Leading business case development for proposed initiatives, the full-time Payment Integrity Specialist will support strategic planning, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure effective execution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business case development to assess opportunities, risks, and return on investment
• Organize work teams and drive consensus to ensure project success and policy/process integrity
• Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, and procedures to execute initiatives effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of project management experience required
• Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
