Job Summary
Leading a team focused on payment integrity activities, the full-time remote Payment Integrity Supervisor will manage recovery operations, establish procedures to achieve optimal operational standards, and ensure production targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of payment integrity initiatives, including overpayment recovery and coordination of benefits
- Hire, train, and develop team members while managing inventory and ensuring timely project execution
- Analyze data-driven reports to resolve payment issues and collaborate with leadership on operational improvements
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in health care operations, including 3 years in payment integrity or claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with coworkers and providers
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
