Job Summary

Leading a team focused on payment integrity activities, the full-time remote Payment Integrity Supervisor will manage recovery operations, establish procedures to achieve optimal operational standards, and ensure production targets are met.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee implementation of payment integrity initiatives, including overpayment recovery and coordination of benefits
  • Hire, train, and develop team members while managing inventory and ensuring timely project execution
  • Analyze data-driven reports to resolve payment issues and collaborate with leadership on operational improvements
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in health care operations, including 3 years in payment integrity or claims
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with coworkers and providers
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
