Payment Investigation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Investigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate missing payments and denials for new and existing clients
• Monitor the Global Payment Investigation and work with other Specialists to reduce inventory
• Assist the Payment team in obtaining logins and Explanation of Benefits for checks received without backup

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work within deadlines and in high volume conditions
• Ability to multi-task and deal with change constructively
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat products
• Medical billing office knowledge preferred
