Payment Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Onboarding Specialist to coordinate the onboarding process for merchants and ensure successful document collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, banking partners, and vendors
• Develop and maintain reports on payment-related issues and project statuses
• Coordinate merchant onboarding and resolve any issues that arise during the process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with expert-level Excel skills preferred
• Experience with project management frameworks
• Proven work experience as an Onboarding Specialist or similar role, preferably in insurance or merchant services
• Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce is desired
