Job Summary
Coordinating the onboarding, underwriting, and merchant setup processes, the full-time remote Payment Onboarding Specialist will manage document collection, maintain reports, and monitor project progress to ensure client success.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners
- Develop and update reports related to payment operations and project statuses
- Coordinate with project managers to facilitate merchant onboarding and resolve issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with expert-level Excel skills preferred
- Experience with project management frameworks
- Proven work experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in insurance or merchant services
- Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce is desired
