Job Summary
Coordinating the onboarding and merchant setup process, the full-time remote Payment Onboarding Specialist will manage document collection, maintain reports for the Payment Operations Team, and ensure high-quality deliverables for client success.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banking partners, and vendors
- Develop and update reports to inform partners on payment-related issues and project statuses
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with project managers to resolve onboarding blockers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with expert-level Excel skills highly desired
- Experience with project management frameworks
- Proven work experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in insurance or merchant services
- Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce is desired
