Job Summary

Coordinating the onboarding and merchant setup process, the full-time remote Payment Onboarding Specialist will manage document collection, maintain reports for the Payment Operations Team, and ensure high-quality deliverables for client success.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banking partners, and vendors
  • Develop and update reports to inform partners on payment-related issues and project statuses
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with project managers to resolve onboarding blockers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with expert-level Excel skills highly desired
  • Experience with project management frameworks
  • Proven work experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in insurance or merchant services
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce is desired
