Job Summary

Managing payment operations remotely, the full-time Payment Operations Analyst will oversee cash and non-cash giving workflows, analyze payment activity for operational improvements, and support risk verification processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support payment operations, including processing, reconciliation, and transaction support
• Analyze payment activity and operational trends to identify issues and improve processes
• Monitor transaction activity for fraud and escalate complex issues as needed
