Payment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately post all assigned manual and electronic payments to customer accounts
• Research check payments daily to determine corresponding customer accounts and reconcile payment errors
• Work on special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a specific area of expertise
• Familiarity with power companies is a plus
• Proficient in using PC and mainframe applications, including Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
• Ability to develop customized reports from integrated systems
• Experience in clerical and administrative support roles
