Payment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing excellent customer support and operational analysis, the full-time Payment Operations Analyst will manage daily requests, reconcile accounts, and analyze data while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support to internal teams, financial institutions, and partners
• Review and process daily requests to minimize financial liability and risk
• Reconcile ACH and settlement accounts and analyze data for management reporting

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution, payment operations, or analyst role
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including calculations, graphs, and tables
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
