Job Summary

Supporting payment operations and legal workflows, the full-time Associate Payment Operations Analyst will manage legal operations tasks such as handling liens, garnishments, and subpoenas, while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage legal operations workflows in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Review, validate, and complete payment and legal requests with a high degree of accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate payment exceptions and resolve operational issues

Required qualifications

• Experience in payments, legal operations, or financial services operations
• Familiarity with processing liens, garnishments, and subpoenas
• Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed case records and audit trails
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive customer and legal matters
• Availability for flexible work hours, including early mornings and late evenings
