Payment Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the daily operations of the integrated payments segment, the full-time Payment Operations Analyst will manage payment processing activities, resolve transaction discrepancies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily payment processing activity and resolve payment exceptions, including declines and chargebacks
- Support merchant onboarding and account maintenance while coordinating with implementation teams and processors
- Perform reconciliation of payment transactions and develop operational reports to analyze payment performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Operations, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in payments, merchant services, financial operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong process design, analysis, and modification skills
- Working knowledge of payment processing concepts, including credit card processing and chargebacks
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
