Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate and timely tuition and employer benefit payments while supporting KPIs
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to payment determinations and system issues
• Identify process optimization opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operations

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in payment operations or a similar financial operations role
• Proven ability to resolve payment-related inquiries and communicate findings effectively
• Strong proficiency in data tools and analytics, including Google Sheets and dashboards
• Experience in driving process improvements and collaborating on system enhancements
• Familiarity with compliance and audit support, including accurate recordkeeping
