Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations & KYC Manager for North America.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day payment operations and ensure compliance with KYC/KYB requirements for US and Canadian clients
Act as the operational point of contact for AML reviews and manage relationships with payment service providers and banks
Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation and improvements in payment operations and onboarding flows

Qualifications & Experience

8+ years of experience in payment operations or fintech compliance
Strong knowledge of US payment rails and KYC/AML regulatory requirements
Experience managing KYC/KYB onboarding processes and operational escalations
Familiarity with working alongside PSPs, sponsor banks, or compliance providers
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred
