Payment Operations Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Payments team, the full-time remote Payment Operations Lead will ensure the timely and accurate execution of payment activities, manage team workload, and maintain operational relations with external partners while driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the Payments team workload and supervise Payments Analysts to meet operational goals
• Guarantee smooth payment execution and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Develop and implement policies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Consolidated experience in Operations within banking, fintech, or finance-related institutions
• Strong understanding of payment systems, including crypto payments and cross-border transactions
• Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel or database skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
