Key Responsibilities:

• Owning the completion of all things Operations and resolving any gaps in processes
• Ensuring smooth experiences for Banks and FinTechs from go-live to streamline internal and external processes
• Implementing operational efficiencies, defining SLAs, and managing team performance

• Deep understanding of payment flows and the card network
