Key Responsibilities

• Manage the payment operations team, including task allocation and performance tracking
• Handle critical payment escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
• Collaborate with Payment Service Providers to enhance service delivery and conduct compliance reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments, risk, or compliance operations, with at least 2 years in people management
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1 or higher)
• Experience working with payment services providers
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
• High self-motivation and a drive for continuous improvement
