Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Manager to oversee the activation and utilization of its integrated payment solution, TowPay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the post-sale activation pipeline for TowPay and drive activation with assigned accounts
  • Drive adoption of TowPay across various transaction types and develop engagement strategies for underutilizing accounts
  • Act as the liaison for chargeback disputes and fraud management, ensuring risk policies are communicated effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in payments or payment operations
  • Hands-on experience with integrated payments in a vertical SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving payment adoption and utilization
  • Familiarity with chargeback and fraud management processes
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across various teams
