Payment Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reconciliation across all payment rails and build daily/intraday settlement processes
• Design and operate monitoring systems for transaction health, addressing edge cases proactively
• Manage the full dispute lifecycle and maintain operational relationships with banking partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in payment operations or fintech operations
• Deep fluency in multi-rail money movement, including ACH, RTP/FedNow, and card push
• Hands-on reconciliation experience with data analysis and tooling development
• Proven background in dispute and chargeback management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
