Payment Operations Manager

Job Summary

Payment Operations Manager is a full-time position responsible for leading and optimizing payment-related operational processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payment execution across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payment operations, including check run processing and register management
• Lead daily workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, establishing and monitoring KPIs and SLAs
• Manage vendor relationships and drive automation and efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment operations or healthcare administration
• 3+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Background in claims management
• Experience with ECHO Health payment systems, VBA, HEALTHpac, and QuickLink preferred
