Payment Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy for the end-to-end payment lifecycle, the full-time remote Payment Operations Manager will oversee payment transaction flows, mentor a growing team, and optimize operational processes while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the comprehensive strategy for the payment lifecycle across various channels
• Build and mentor a team, initially managing one direct report with potential for growth
• Establish advanced monitoring frameworks to manage operational incidents and ensure compliance

Required qualifications:

• 8 to 15 years of experience in the Payments Industry (e.g., FinTech, payment processors)
• Deep mastery of global payment methodologies, including card networks and alternative networks
• Technical acumen to leverage data extraction methods and interpret complex datasets
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams
