Payment Operations Manager

Job Summary

Monitoring payment methods and ensuring operational efficiency, the full-time Payment Operations Manager will analyze acceptance rates, manage financial transactions, and collaborate with the BI department to enhance internal reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor payment method functionality and escalate issues to relevant teams
• Analyze and make decisions regarding payment method acceptance rates and processing volumes
• Report daily and weekly payment activities and issues to the Head of Operations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a billing/payments manager or specialist in online payments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software
• Strong understanding of online payment technical integrations and systems
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
