Payment Operations Manager
Job Summary
Monitoring payment methods and ensuring their functionality, the full-time Payment Operations Manager will analyze acceptance rates, manage financial transactions, and assist with the integration of new payment providers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor payment methods, escalate issues, and analyze acceptance rates for decision-making on payment method management
- Ensure sufficient balance across payment methods for withdrawals and top-ups while analyzing cost structures
- Report daily and weekly payment activities to the Head of Operations and collaborate with the BI department for data-driven enhancements
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in billing/payments management or a similar role in online payments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software
- Strong understanding of online payment technical integrations and systems
- Intermediate English proficiency, with experience in communication with foreign customers or partners
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
