Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Process Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resolver for complex cases and provide operational guidance to offshore teams
• Lead the identification of workflow inefficiencies and advocate for process improvements and automation
• Define and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards while conducting performance reviews with offshore leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or analytical role
• 5+ years of experience in operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work after regular business hours as needed
• Experience in creating and maintaining KPIs and metrics
