Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Process Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resolver for complex cases and provide operational guidance to offshore teams
• Lead process improvement initiatives and oversee implementation of operational requirements
• Define and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and conduct performance monitoring and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a technical or analytical role
• 5+ years of experience in operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work after regular business hours as needed
• Experience in creating and maintaining KPIs and metrics
