Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily financial activities including ACH returns, chargebacks, refunds, and member payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate records
• Monitor trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain PCI compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, payment processing, or SaaS
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reconciliation and client account management
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Operationally focused mindset with the ability to drive cross-functional execution
• Comfort working across multiple systems and monitors simultaneously
