Key Responsibilities

Support payment screening and due diligence on high-risk transactions
Monitor transaction activity to identify unusual patterns and potential risks
Investigate and escalate fraudulent activity while collaborating with risk and compliance teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in an analytical or operations role with customer interaction
Familiarity with payment operations, including card payments and disputes
Ability to operate in ambiguity and take on diverse responsibilities
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to process improvements
