Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to support daily payment operations and merchant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage merchant onboarding and inquiries
Monitor transactions, handle chargebacks, and resolve discrepancies
Assist with compliance (KYC/AML), risk reporting, and process updates

Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of experience in payment operations, underwriting, or risk monitoring
Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Experience with ACH, chargebacks, KYC/AML
Strong Excel skills
