Payment Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Payment Operations Specialist will manage the daily payment lifecycle, ensuring efficient and secure electronic payment transactions while monitoring system performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational execution of payment processing across various channels
• Proactively monitor payment system performance and resolve operational incidents in collaboration with Engineering and Finance teams
• Execute daily operational controls to ensure compliance with payment network rules and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of professional experience in the Payments Industry, such as FinTech or payment processing
• Strong understanding of payment methodologies, including authorization, clearing, and settlement
• Technical proficiency in leveraging internal tools and running basic SQL queries for data analysis
