Supporting the launch of new payment service providers and methods, the full-time Payment Operations Specialist will manage online payments, analyze payment performance, and optimize transaction processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the launch of new payment service providers and methods
• Analyze payment performance and optimize processes impacting transaction success
• Collaborate with international partners and maintain the stability of payment operations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Payments Operations, Billing, or Payment Support
• Solid understanding of online payment systems and transaction lifecycles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
• Experience in iGaming is an advantage
