Payment Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Payment Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end payment operations, including invoice review, revenue tracking, and disbursement coordination with various pharmacy organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely invoicing and payment distribution for PQS Enhanced Services programs
• Coordinate disbursement processes with PSAOs, chain pharmacies, and independent pharmacy organizations
• Collaborate with the Payer Account Management and Accounting teams to ensure operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience in payment operations or financial management within the healthcare sector
• Proficiency in invoicing software and revenue tracking systems
• Understanding of pharmacy operations and relationships with PSAOs
• Strong analytical skills for revenue tracking and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
