Job Summary
Preparing and processing daily trader payouts, the full-time Payment Operations Specialist will manage ACH, Wise, wire, and Aeropay transactions while participating in the transition to in-house operations and automation adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ACH, Wise, and wire batches according to runbooks and daily cutoffs
- Maintain accurate records for independent reconciliation and flag anomalies immediately
- Execute cutover tasks and adopt new automated workflows as offshore work transitions in-house
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of operations experience in payments, banking, or fintech
- High attention to detail and strong process discipline
- Comfort working to firm daily cutoffs
- Clear written records and communication
