Payment Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Payment Operations (Wire Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and provide leadership to team members in payment processing
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain quality assurance through audits
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent professional experience in Bank Operations
• Minimum of 7+ years of Bank Operations experience and 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Preferred certifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP)
• Extensive knowledge of ACH, Wire, and Treasury Management operational duties
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
