Payment Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Payment Operations Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations related to Treasury Management products, provide training and support to team members, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of team members and tasks related to payment operations, including error resolution and reporting
• Provide leadership and training to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Collaborate on enterprise projects and serve as a subject matter expert in payment processing and operational duties

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in banking operations
• Minimum of 7+ years of bank operations experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Preferred certifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP)
• Extensive knowledge of ACH, Wire, and Treasury Management operational policies and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
