Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Policy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage implementation of payment and billing policy changes due to regulatory or contractual updates
  • Collaborate with various departments to define and document requirements for payment rule implementation
  • Research and recommend changes to payment policies based on competitor and regulatory analysis
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a managed healthcare environment
  • 6+ years of direct experience in claims processing, payment policy, or contracting
  • Extensive knowledge of medical billing and coding principles
  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial coding regulatory requirements
