Payment Poster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Poster to manage billing and revenue cycle tasks in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile remittances with deposits for posting
• Review stale claims and obtain remittances for posting
• Gather, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and a minimum of 1 year of current Revenue Cycle experience
• Basic knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS
• CPB certification is a plus
• Understanding of government rules and regulations regarding coding and documentation
• Experience with MS Word and Excel
