Payment Poster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Poster (Temporary up to one year) - Remote - Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payments and denials in the billing system and review Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) files
• Validate accounts for correct financial classification and monitor pending deposits for timely reconciliation
• Contact insurance carriers for documentation and identify trends to communicate to management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience required
• Experience with reconciliation processes and handling debits and credits
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
