Key Responsibilities

• Accurately post payments and adjustments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations
• Train new and existing team members and provide cross coverage for multiple payment posting projects
• Research and resolve payment posting issues, maintaining thorough documentation and identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or cash posting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes, EOBs, and insurance billing requirements
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and revenue cycle data analysis
