Key Responsibilities

• Post insurance, credit card, and patient payments accurately to accounts and reconcile daily deposits
• Verify and write-off non-allowed charges while processing refunds for overpaid accounts
• Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with coding and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Four years of experience in a medical billing office as a Payment Posting Representative or similar role
• Well-versed in all facets of payment posting responsibilities
