Key Responsibilities

Oversee patient payments, daily deposits, and payment posting processes
Provide leadership to the Payment Posting team, including hiring and training
Monitor key performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Five (5) years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
Three (3) years of supervisory experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
HFMA Certification preferred
