Payment Posting Manager
Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Payment Posting Manager will supervise the accurate and timely posting of electronic and manual payments, oversee payment processes, and implement best practices for efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the payment posting team to ensure accurate posting of payments
- Monitor and balance daily, weekly, and monthly payment postings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of payment posting experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of billing, insurance practices, and payment posting procedures
- Experience using NextGen Enterprise Practice Management is required
- Prior experience in a healthcare RCM or billing environment preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential
