Payment Posting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Posting Escalation Specialist responsible for resolving escalation requests and assisting with audits and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve escalations from internal teams and client services
• Investigate and resolve issues escalated by Client Success from clients
• Assist with departmental training, audits, and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of experience posting insurance payments in a healthcare setting
• At least one (1) year of experience in an escalation/lead role in payment posting, preferred
• At least two (2) years of experience reading insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, preferred
