Payment Posting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Poster to join their team remotely or in Brentwood, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely complete payment entry and posting to the practice management system
• Verify and reconcile all EFT deposits and scanned checks by month end
• Communicate payment denials and trends to the appropriate billing representatives and manager

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in payment posting is required
• Proficient computer skills, including use of Windows operating system and practice management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
