Job Summary

Focused on maintaining accurate financial records, the full-time remote Payment Processing Coordinator will manage outgoing payments, support payment workflows, and ensure organized documentation of transactions for both group and transient traveler payments.

Key responsibilities
  • Process outgoing payments, including invoices and electronic transactions, while maintaining accurate financial records
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment status and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain relationships with vendors to facilitate prompt issue resolution and support payment processing
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in the travel industry with strong knowledge of Sabre GDS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to escalate issues appropriately and adhere to guiding principles in daily work
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven attention to detail and organizational skills
