Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Processing Director to develop and supervise the quality, performance, and productivity of the Payment Processing Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the payment processing department, including staff performance, project assignments, and process improvements
- Develop and maintain department standards, policies, and procedures while enhancing customer satisfaction
- Coach and train staff, monitor service levels, and perform audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a Call/Contact Center environment, with management experience in a customer-focused team
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Strong understanding of payment processing and customer service metrics
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to train employees and evaluate their performance in a fast-paced environment
