Payment Processing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Representative responsible for processing bank downloads, scanning checks, and assisting with month-end documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process downloads from Fifth Third Bank and M&T Bank, and manage bank deposit logs
• Scan live checks and prepare lockboxes for posting while maintaining accurate documentation
• Communicate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy in reporting and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of one year experience in a medical billing setting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without direct supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Zoom
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
