Payment Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Specialist to oversee payment-related operations and support customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate prospective customers on processing rates and assist new customers during the implementation process
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and manage inquiries related to payment processing
• Manage prospect database and account plans while collaborating with the executive team to minimize customer attrition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience in payment processing, merchant services, and financial services
• Familiarity with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
