Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile lockbox deposits with bank reports in the Cash Clearing System
• Process live checks and document cash payments for posting
• Maintain policies and procedures while reporting discrepancies to supervisors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of medical billing experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
• 40-45 WPM typing speed; accurate 10-key entry by touch
• Previous knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement preferred
