Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile lockbox deposits with bank reports and manage payment batch statuses
• Process live checks and document cash payments for posting
• Maintain policies and procedures while participating in unit meetings and reporting discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of medical billing experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
• Knowledge of IDX-BAR system preferred
• 40-45 WPM typing speed with accurate 10-key skills
