Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile lockbox deposits with bank reports in the Cash Clearing System
• Process live checks and electronic funds transfers, ensuring accurate documentation and posting
• Maintain policies and procedures while participating in unit meetings and reporting discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of medical billing experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
• Knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement preferred
• Familiarity with IDX-BAR system preferred
