Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile lockbox deposits with bank reports and manage payment batches
• Process electronic funds transfers and contact carriers for missing remits
• Document cash payments and maintain policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of medical billing experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
• 40-45 WPM typing speed with accurate 10-key skills
• Previous knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement preferred
